Patrick joined CleanTEC in 2011 as the company’s bank manager, before retiring from banking in 2020.
In 2023, however, CleanTEC became a trustee of the Employee Ownership Association, having transitioned to the employee-ownership model back in 2021. Patrick was invited to return as CleanTEC’s Independent Trustee Director, representing the company and its employees at the Employee Ownership Association.
Since then, Patrick has been involved in CleanTEC’s work around employee engagement, succession planning and developing the future leaders of the business.
